讀經的方法
A guide on Sutra recitation

先靜坐三分鐘,調順呼吸,收攝心神。
Meditate for 3 minutes ,regulate your breathing, focus on your mind

眼觀經、手指經、口吐經、耳聽經、意在經、鼻孔自然呼吸,不徐不疾。
Eye focus on the sutra, finger points on the sutra, recite the sutra, listen to the sutra, mind concentration, breath naturally and unhurriedly.

經從心中起,清清淨淨。
Sutra begins in your heart, clearly and peacefully

經從眼中過,明明白白。
Sutra passes your eyes, with clarity

經從口中出,字正音圓。
Sutra comes out from your mouth, clear words and sound

經從耳中入,靈靈寂寂。
Sutra enter your ears , clearly

經從竅中落,落地有聲。
Sutra enters your conscience and clearly heard.


2020/12/17(三)修道修心,你的心修了嗎?之2——你們會覺得來佛堂很茫然嗎?不確定自己該怎麼做嗎?不知道來佛堂的目的嗎?你們只要想想從前的你,從前的樣子,從前的心態,想想你最苦的事情,想想那個難關,再想一想現在,有沒有什麼不同?今天的你的確和從前不一樣了,有改善了,因為你的心境更提昇了,問題也改變了。以前的你遇到事情,正痛的時候,是急於抓一塊浮板、抱住一塊木頭,只要不讓自己沉下去就好了,看得很淺近,所以容易衝動、犯錯,甚至怨尤一堆。現在不同了,不再像以前一般,因為你們懂得遇事感恩,所以你求道、修道,值不值得?我們今天出去被人家指指點點,說我們脾氣壞,説我們毛病多,這樣就很嚴重了,所以要好好的調適自己。德性不足當然你講的話人家就不聽,怪誰啊?自己。從頭至尾購來去原來是我們自個兒出了問題。

Cultivate Tao is to cultivate your mind, is your mind cultivated?

濟公活佛慈語:你們會覺得來佛堂很茫然嗎?不確定自己該怎麼做嗎?
Do you feel that coming to the temple is a waste of time and indistinct? Are you unsure of what you should do?

不知道來佛堂的目的嗎? 你們只要想想從前的你, 從前的樣子,從前的心態,
Are you unsure of your aims and purpose of coming to the temple? All you need to do is to think of how you were in the past, what you looked like, and what was your attitude in life?

想想你最苦的事情,想想那個難關,再想一想現在,有沒有什麼不同?今天的你的確和以前不一樣了,
Think of the time when you suffered the most, think of the difficult situation you were in, then think of the present, can you see any difference? You today is definitely different from you in the past.

有改善了,因為你的心境更提昇了, 問題也改變了。
You have changed for the better, your mental state is clear and elevated, all your problems have been resolved.

以前的你遇到事情,正痛的時候, 是急於抓一塊浮板,抱住一塊木頭,只要不讓自己沉下去就好了,
In the past and whenever you would encounter a difficult and painful situation, you would be just like anxiously grab hold of any floating board or hold on to any log for as long as you would not sink.

看得很淺近,所以很容易衝動、犯錯,甚至怨尤一堆。現在不同了,不再像以前一般,
Your vision was shallow and not far-sighted and therefore easily become impulsive, make mistakes, and full of complaints. The situation is different today and not like before.

因為你們懂得遇事感恩,所以你求道、修道、值不值得?
It is because you now understand that you must be grateful when you encounter situations and challenges. This is the reason you asked to receive Tao and cultivate in Tao. Now do you think receiving Tao and cultivating in Tao is worthwhile?

我們今天出去被人家指指點點, 說我們脾氣壞,說我們毛病多, 這樣就很嚴重了,所以要好好的調適自己。
It is serious if today people still point the finger of blame at us. They comment on our bad temperament and other bad habits. This is why we need to adjust and adapt ourselves.

德性不足當然你講的話人家就不聽, 怪誰啊?自己。從頭至尾講來講去原來是我們自個兒出了問題!
If your moral integrity is to be desired, people will not be willing to listen to you. For this, you have only yourself to blame. From the beginning to the end, you are the cause and source of your own problems.

成唯識論卷第六
Cheng Wei Theory Volume 6

對治懈怠。滿善為業。
To overcome your lazy mentality and sluggishness in life, perform all tasks with virtues and good intentions.

以剛毅果斷的力量來斷惡修善,自然就能夠對治懈怠的心態。成就圓滿一切世間和出世間的善法。Be resolute and steadfast to break away from evil and cultivate goodness in life.
When this happens, our lazy mentality attitude will automatically be cured. This will allow us to achieve and fulfill the virtuous dharmas both in and outside this world. To manage lazy mentality and to achieve and fulfill all virtuous dharmas, we must progress with courage in doing good and eliminate evil.

省思
Reflection

修道想要修得圓融,平時就要多參悟聖賢書,
In order to be flexible, accommodating, and tactful in our Tao cultivation, we must read and comprehend more from the holy books.

學習經典裡的忠恕之道,所謂存心養性,是心存善心, 涵養先天之性,
We must learn from the holy scriptures the principles of being loyal and considerate. It is called the intention to nurture our conscience or our heavenly true Buddha nature.

凡夫與佛的自性本無差別,只在迷與悟之間而已。
There is no real difference between an ordinary man and Buddha's true nature. The only things that set them apart are one is confused and lost while the other is enlightened.

結論
Conclusion

濟公活佛慈語:不怕慢只怕站,最怕向後轉,
Words of Compassion from Ji-Gong Living Buddha: We are not scared of being slow but scared of standing still and turning back .

只要志向不變,像龜兔賽跑,最後烏龜還是贏, 所以到最後一定會有成績的。
As long as we focus on our will and aspiration, just like the race between the tortoise and the hare, we will succeed and be victorious.

快樂是給心中知足的人
Happiness is with those who have a contented heart.

1. 常來佛堂學好禮節
Come to Temple often and learn the etiquette

Propagate Tao , Being vegetarian diet , Make vegetarian vow , Establish Temple

3. 管好自己改變自己
Self - discipline , change ourselves

心若改變 , 態度就會改變
Changing the mind , the attitude will be altered

態度 改變 , 習慣 就會改變
Changing the attitude , the habits will be altered

習慣改變 , 人生就會改變
Changing habits , the life will be altered
人生就會改變人生就會改變人生就會改變


♦︎ 如何懺悔迴向 (1)
作揖,跪,求明明上帝慈悲十叩首,求諸天神聖慈悲五叩首,餘蘊 (信士) ○○○ 虔心跪在老母蓮前,跪求老母大慈大悲諸佛菩薩護持;凡人六萬年來,今生今世因一切的無明造作,傷害了身旁很多的人、動物、四生六道的眾生,讓你們身心靈,痛苦煎熬,一切都是我的錯,我在老母蓮前,向你們懺悔求饒,請你們原諒我,並護持我,讓我身體健康平安的修辦道、財施、法施、無畏施、三施並進,並將所做的一切功德,都迴向給你們,讓我們共沾天恩師德,將我們的惡緣化做善緣,並在佛光普照,佛力的加持下,大家一起離苦得樂,往生淨土。求明明上帝慈悲一千叩首。

♦︎ 如何懺悔迴向 (2)
每天早晚燒香時,可恭誦懺悔文三遍,「往昔所造諸惡業,皆由無始貪嗔痴,從身語意之所生,一切我今皆懺悔,罪性本空由心造,罪從心起將心懺,心若滅時罪亦亡,心滅罪亡兩俱空,是則名為真懺悔。」念好之後,再恭誦「彌勒救苦真經」一至三遍,念好之後,迴向天下一切苦難眾生、地府幽冥鬼魂,四生六道的所有眾生。及迴向自己或是全家人(包括自己身上、身旁、及現場一切無形的眾生、無形的冤親債主、無形的好朋友,或者最近發生災難的眾生,或者聽到哪邊有人受苦難,都可迴向)。
