讀經的方法
A guide on Sutra recitation

先靜坐三分鐘,調順呼吸,收攝心神。
Meditate for 3 minutes ,regulate your breathing, focus on your mind

眼觀經、手指經、口吐經、耳聽經、意在經、鼻孔自然呼吸,不徐不疾。
Eye focus on the sutra, finger points on the sutra, recite the sutra, listen to the sutra, mind concentration, breath naturally and unhurriedly.

經從心中起,清清淨淨。
Sutra begins in your heart, clearly and peacefully

經從眼中過,明明白白。
Sutra passes your eyes, with clarity

經從口中出,字正音圓。
Sutra comes out from your mouth, clear words and sound

經從耳中入,靈靈寂寂。
Sutra enter your ears , clearly

經從竅中落,落地有聲。
Sutra enters your conscience and clearly heard.


2020/12/13(二)打破執著,拋開習慣之1——濟公活佛慈語:每一件事情,其實都沒有所謂的好與壞,只在於你的心念想法,不要去執著於什麼是好、什麼是不好什麼叫做「自在」你內心放下了,人我執著對待也沒了,把自己都忘了,這樣才是真的自在。就像為師,你們現在看到的是這個竅手,她是個女的,可是為師並不覺得她是男或女。你們自己也是一樣,你們總是覺得是女孩子,就不能做粗重的事情,是男孩子,就不能像女孩子那樣斯文,那都是你們自己的想法。真修的人是能把一切都看空,當你看空一切的時候,就不會執著在人我的看法、環境的順逆,你才能成為一個真正自在的人。


(二)打破執著,拋開習慣之 (1)

Breakaway from selfish persistence and get rid of such bad habits.

濟公活佛慈語:每一件事情,其實都沒有所謂的好與壞, 只在於你的心念想法,不要去執著於什麼是好、什麼是不好!
There is no such thing as good and bad in everything. It is purely our mind's perception. Do not be obsessed and persistent in trying to determine what is good and what is bad.

什麼叫做「自在」?你內心放下了,人我執著對待也沒了,把自己都忘了,這樣才是真的自在。
What is meant by carefree or unrestrained? When you can let go from deep in your heart, all your selfish and self-centered persistence will disappear. You will even forget your self-importance. This is the True Carefree in life.

就像為師,你們現在看到的是這個竅手,她是個女的,可是為師並不覺得她是男是女。
What you see now is a skillful hand. It is a lady's hand. But to me, there is no differentiation.

你們自己也是一樣,你們總覺得是女孩子,就不能做粗重的事情,是男孩子,就不能像女孩子那樣斯文,那都是你們自己的想法。
Just like how you all like to form the opinion that females are not capable or suited to do rough and heavy tasks and males are not capable of being gentle and refined like the females. These are all your own individual perceptions.

真修的人是能把一切都看空,
The true Tao cultivator is the one who is capable of viewing everything as an emptiness.

當你看空一切的時候,就不會執著在人我的看法、環境的順逆, 你才能成為一個真正自在的人。
When we see everything as empty, we do not become selfishly persistent with our own perceptions of our environment and all other things. The other people will also behave likewise. Only then can you become a truly carefree person.

《心經》云: 經典之美「心無罣礙,無罣礙故,無有恐怖, 遠離顛倒夢想,究竟涅磐。」
The Heart Sutra says: The heart has hindered no reasons for any hindrance, there is no feeling of fear or horror, stay away from any illogical and delusional thoughts and desires a Nirvana will be ultimate outcome for all.

怎樣才能「心無罣礙」呢?
How do we have an unhindered heart? We do so by telling ourselves that in the beginning, our true nature was free, pure, and empty.

以「緣起性空」觀照自己的生活, 並時時訓練自己這顆心,放下執著,不要用「自以為是」的感覺去對待。
We use this awareness to carefully observe and conduct our daily life, constantly learn to let go of our selfish persistence. Avoid self-centered and self-righteous attitude when dealing with others.

如果能包容、不在意、不計較、不攀緣任何外在現象;「吃飯就吃飯;睡覺就睡覺」,
Learn to forgive, not to take heart, not be fussy, and not to clamber to power and profits when dealing with external phenomena. when it is time to eat and sleep, do so freely.

隨時隨處體悟當下的真實,不追憶過去,不妄想未來,
Be apprehensive of the true sense of reality for each moment in time, anytime and anywhere. Let the past be gone and do not have wishful thinking for the future.

這種當下的真實感受,就是落實道與生活的真品味!
This true feeling will ascertain that we will know the true taste of Tao when it becomes part of our daily life.

省思:修行的人,即是懂得生活的人。心性的修行是沒有空間與時間限制的,是無時無刻都可以在日常生活中去實踐的,
A person who cultivates in Tao understands life. Cultivating our True Nature is not limited and restricted by space or time. We are able to put it into practice anytime in our daily life,

在行、住、坐、臥之間,放下自己的固執、是非、計較的觀念,每一個念頭都要非常積極面對自己,就是修 行。
for example, while walking, living, sitting, or simply lying around. Let go of our stubbornness, contention for right and wrong, fuss over trifles, and vigorously come to terms with ourselves. This is Tao cultivation.

結論:一、靜思語:執著自己的想法是心被自己綁住, 放下心的執取,煩惱就會消失。
The reason we become selfishly persistent with only our own thoughts or opinions is that our hearts are bounded by ourselves and not set free. Let loose of this hold, all the worries will disappear.

二、製造快樂就有快樂的感覺;製造煩惱就有煩惱的感覺;心,就是製造一切法的根源。
Create happiness and we will feel happy, create worries and we will feel worried. Our heart is the source of all dharma.

Happiness is with those who have a contented heart.

Self - discipline , change ourselves

心若改變 , 態度就會改變
Changing the mind , the attitude will be altered

態度 改變 , 習慣 就會改變
Changing the attitude , the habits will be altered

習慣改變 , 人生就會改變
Changing habits , the life will be altered
人生就會改變人生就會改變人生就會改變


♦︎ 如何懺悔迴向 (1)
作揖,跪,求明明上帝慈悲十叩首,求諸天神聖慈悲五叩首,餘蘊 (信士) ○○○ 虔心跪在老母蓮前,跪求老母大慈大悲諸佛菩薩護持;凡人六萬年來,今生今世因一切的無明造作,傷害了身旁很多的人、動物、四生六道的眾生,讓你們身心靈,痛苦煎熬,一切都是我的錯,我在老母蓮前,向你們懺悔求饒,請你們原諒我,並護持我,讓我身體健康平安的修辦道、財施、法施、無畏施、三施並進,並將所做的一切功德,都迴向給你們,讓我們共沾天恩師德,將我們的惡緣化做善緣,並在佛光普照,佛力的加持下,大家一起離苦得樂,往生淨土。求明明上帝慈悲一千叩首。

♦︎ 如何懺悔迴向 (2)
每天早晚燒香時,可恭誦懺悔文三遍,「往昔所造諸惡業,皆由無始貪嗔痴,從身語意之所生,一切我今皆懺悔,罪性本空由心造,罪從心起將心懺,心若滅時罪亦亡,心滅罪亡兩俱空,是則名為真懺悔。」念好之後,再恭誦「彌勒救苦真經」一至三遍,念好之後,迴向天下一切苦難眾生、地府幽冥鬼魂,四生六道的所有眾生。及迴向自己或是全家人(包括自己身上、身旁、及現場一切無形的眾生、無形的冤親債主、無形的好朋友,或者最近發生災難的眾生,或者聽到哪邊有人受苦難,都可迴向)。
