讀經的方法
A guide on Sutra recitation

先靜坐三分鐘,調順呼吸,收攝心神。
Meditate for 3 minutes ,regulate your breathing, focus on your mind

眼觀經、手指經、口吐經、耳聽經、意在經、鼻孔自然呼吸,不徐不疾。
Eye focus on the sutra, finger points on the sutra, recite the sutra, listen to the sutra, mind concentration, breath naturally and unhurriedly.

經從心中起,清清淨淨。
Sutra begins in your heart, clearly and peacefully

經從眼中過,明明白白。
Sutra passes your eyes, with clarity

經從口中出,字正音圓。
Sutra comes out from your mouth, clear words and sound

經從耳中入,靈靈寂寂。
Sutra enter your ears , clearly

經從竅中落,落地有聲。
Sutra enters your conscience and clearly heard.


2020/11/29 (一)以戒為師,不致放逸之2——懂得佛規禮節嗎?能一一遵守嗎?每次都要你們用心念十五條佛規,因為念久了,印象就來,有深刻的印象,才能讓你們記住,不致臨時抱佛腳。要知道,佛規不是只有在佛堂才要守,出佛堂要不要守啊,不管做什麼事情,不管大事、小事,一定要有誠敬的心,就像你們的叩首,有沒有誠敬的心在叩呢?如果沒有,有叩跟沒叩是一樣的。徒兒們的雜念太多了,連叩個頭都不能專心,胡思亂想,這就是誠敬心不夠的原因。戒律的作用,不就在收心,收攝那個妄動的心嗎?

Adopt ethical precepts and disciplines on self-restraint as our principal guide and do not retreat or give up at ease。

濟公活佛慈語:懂得佛規禮節嗎?
Holy Teacher's merciful words ";Do you understand the Buddhist regulations, precepts and Etiquettes?

能一一遵守嗎?每次都要你們用心念十五條佛規,
Are you able to observe and abide by these rules? Each time you read the fifteen Buddhist regulations you must do so with sincerity。

因為念久了,印象就來,有深刻的印象, 才能讓你們記住,不致臨時抱佛腳。
Over time , you will become familiar with and be able to remember these regulations。 It will not be too late when you ask for God's blessing and protection。

要知道,佛規不是只有在佛堂才要守, 出佛堂要不要守啊?
You must understand that you do not only observe and abide by these regulations in temples。 What about outside the temple? Do we still have to do likewise?

不管做什麼事情,不管大事、小事, 一定要有誠敬的心,就像你們的 叩首,有沒有誠敬的心在叩呢?
No matter what you do and regardless of whether the tasks are big or small, we must do them with respect and sincerity。 For example, when you pray, do you pray with sincerity and respect?

如果沒有,有叩跟沒叩是一樣的。徒兒們的雜念太多了,連叩個頭 都不能專心,胡思亂想,
If not, there is no difference whether you pray or not。 This is because your mind is occupied with too many distracting thoughts and hence you are unable to even pray with full concentration。

這就是誠敬心不夠的原因。戒律的作用,不就在收心,收攝那個妄動的心嗎?
This is an example of a case where sincerity and respect are inadequate。 The precepts and disciplines on self-constraint teach us how to control our reckless mind。

妄心與真心
delusional and sincere

佛法認為,心分為兩個層面, 一是妄心,一是真心。
The Buddha precepts believe that the mind has two aspects, one is reckless, foolish and delusional and the other is true and sincere。

所謂妄心,即充滿顛倒妄想的心,是迷失本心後由無明演變的妄識。
The so-called delusional, reckless and foolish mind is filled with delusional ideas and thoughts。 It is a mind that has lost its original true nature and begins to act and change according to the delusional belief and knowledge。

所謂真心,即心的本質。
The so-called true and sincere mind is the essence of our true nature。

所謂真心,即心的本質。真心,又稱佛性、如來藏等,是每個眾生本自具足的覺悟本性,禪宗稱之為「本來面目」。
The so-called true and sincere mind is the essence of our true nature。 The true mind is also called Buddha-nature。 It is every sentient being's original inner consciousness and nature。 Zen calls it ";The True Colors";

這也正是佛陀在菩提樹下悟到的。
This is the same as what the Buddha achieved when he became enlightened under the Bodhi tree。

結論
Conclusion

◎靜,是思考的前提; 靜,是改變的方式;
Calmness is the premise of thinking。 Calmness is the way of change。

靜,是開啟智慧之門的鑰匙;靜,也是守戒的開始。
Calmness is the key to open the door of wisdom: Calmness is also the beginning of keeping the precepts。

Self - discipline , change ourselves

心若改變 , 態度就會改變
Changing the mind , the attitude will be altered

態度 改變 , 習慣 就會改變
Changing the attitude , the habits will be altered

習慣改變 , 人生就會改變
Changing habits , the life will be altered
人生就會改變人生就會改變人生就會改變


♦︎ 如何懺悔迴向 (1)
作揖,跪,求明明上帝慈悲十叩首,求諸天神聖慈悲五叩首,餘蘊 (信士) ○○○ 虔心跪在老母蓮前,跪求老母大慈大悲諸佛菩薩護持;凡人六萬年來,今生今世因一切的無明造作,傷害了身旁很多的人、動物、四生六道的眾生,讓你們身心靈,痛苦煎熬,一切都是我的錯,我在老母蓮前,向你們懺悔求饒,請你們原諒我,並護持我,讓我身體健康平安的修辦道、財施、法施、無畏施、三施並進,並將所做的一切功德,都迴向給你們,讓我們共沾天恩師德,將我們的惡緣化做善緣,並在佛光普照,佛力的加持下,大家一起離苦得樂,往生淨土。求明明上帝慈悲一千叩首。

♦︎ 如何懺悔迴向 (2)
每天早晚燒香時,可恭誦懺悔文三遍,「往昔所造諸惡業,皆由無始貪嗔痴,從身語意之所生,一切我今皆懺悔,罪性本空由心造,罪從心起將心懺,心若滅時罪亦亡,心滅罪亡兩俱空,是則名為真懺悔。」念好之後,再恭誦「彌勒救苦真經」一至三遍,念好之後,迴向天下一切苦難眾生、地府幽冥鬼魂,四生六道的所有眾生。及迴向自己或是全家人(包括自己身上、身旁、及現場一切無形的眾生、無形的冤親債主、無形的好朋友,或者最近發生災難的眾生,或者聽到哪邊有人受苦難,都可迴向)。
