讀經的方法
A guide on Sutra recitation

先靜坐三分鐘,調順呼吸,收攝心神。
Meditate for 3 minutes ,regulate your breathing, focus on your mind

眼觀經、手指經、口吐經、耳聽經、意在經、鼻孔自然呼吸,不徐不疾。
Eye focus on the sutra, finger points on the sutra, recite the sutra, listen to the sutra, mind concentration, breath naturally and unhurriedly.

經從心中起,清清淨淨。
Sutra begins in your heart, clearly and peacefully

經從眼中過,明明白白。
Sutra passes your eyes, with clarity

經從口中出,字正音圓。
Sutra comes out from your mouth , clear words and sound

經從耳中入,靈靈寂寂。
Sutra enter your ears , clearly

經從竅中落,落地有聲。
Sutra enter your conscience, and clearly heard.


2020/11/16 正定之2——從外而言,正定依止於正確的行為,行為不能離開規範,所有的規範都是安定身心的作用。咱們千萬不要為了符合時代的須求,就把規矩給弄丟了。咱們要做的是改變風氣,不是跟隨風氣!這個觀念徒兒要有。根要深,基才穩,不然風來雨掃全都倒,那還談什麼修辦道?說什麼濟世救人呢?循規蹈矩很重要,不能廢了,知道嗎?修道人要有戰戰兢兢的精神及仁慈的心量,最重要的是不能忘本。根本在於心念,只要眾人的善念成城,就不怕魔軍糾纏。另外,三寶要常持用,保護你自己的真主人,不讓邪思歪風擾清靜,日常生活中常反觀自省,動靜是否合宜?若能依此有始有終的修行,定能保徒無恙萬八年。所以,徒兒要常作觀照,當你出現不正念頭時,一定要有勇氣遏止。必竟慧命只一世,怎能不小心謹滇呢?有道是:「菩薩畏因,眾生畏果。」徒兒要時時提醒自己,用厚實的德行來格除貪妄的慾念,縱遇不順的境,也要感恩與懺悔,才可身家安祥。


正定之 (2)

Positive Fixed Stability

濟公活佛慈訓:從外而言,正定依止於正確的行為, 行為不能離開規範,所有的規範都是安定身心的作用。
Externally, all stability and right behaviors are not far from principles, all principles are for the purpose of stability.

咱們千萬不要為了符合時代的須求,就把規矩給弄丟了。咱們要做的是改變風氣,不是跟隨風氣!這個觀念徒兒要有。
We mustn't lose the rules in order to meet the needs of the times. What we have to do is change the zeitgeist, not follow it! My disciples must have this idea.

根要深,基才穩,不然風來雨掃全都倒,那還談什麼修辦道?說什麼濟世救人呢?
Roots must be deep, and the foundation will be stable, otherwise, the wind and rain will sweep it apart; how then can you talk about practice and propagate Tao? How can you talk about to saving others?

循規蹈矩很重要,不能廢了,知道嗎?修道人要有戰戰兢兢的精神及仁慈的心量,最重要的是不能忘本。
It's important to follow the rules; you can't repeal them, understood? The Tao practitioner must have the trembling spirit and the heart of mercy, the most important thing is not to forget the roots.

根本在於心念,只要眾人的善念成城,就不怕魔軍糾纏。
Fundamentally lies in the mind, as long as the good thoughts of all gathered like walls, they are not afraid of the devil's entanglement.

另外,三寶要常持用,保護你自己的真主人,不讓邪思歪風擾清靜,日常生活中常反觀自省,動靜是否合宜?
In addition, the Three Treasures should always be applied to protect your inner master; do not let evil thoughts, crooked atmosphere disturb your calm. Often reflect your inner self daily to examine each movement is appropriate or not.

若能依此有始有終的修行,定能保徒無恙萬八年。
If you can follow this practice from beginning to end, you will certainly ensure that there will be worries or diseases for an extended period of time.

所以,徒兒要常作觀照,當你出現不正念頭時,一定要有勇氣遏止。必竟慧命只一世,怎能不小心謹慎呢?
Thus, my disciples, you should reflect when you are having negative thoughts. You must have the courage to stop it. Since we only have one life, how can we not be careful?

有道是:「菩薩畏因,眾生畏果。」
There is a proverb that says, " Buddha is concerned about karma, but mortals are not."

徒兒要時時提醒自己,用厚實的德行來格除貪妄的慾念,縱遇不順的境,也要感恩與懺悔,才可身家安祥。
My disciples, you should remind yourself from time to time that you must use virtue to eliminate greed and desires, even if you encounter a bad environment, but also to be grateful and repentant, in order to be safe and serene.

故事
Story

紐約有位年輕女孩,她工作的地點 就在世貿大樓旁邊。九一一恐怖 事件當天清晨,她早上靜坐之後,
There is a young girl in New York, where she works is next to the World Trade Center. Prior to September 11's horror incident, she was just meditating in the morning,

做了三個跟平常不同的決定:
she made three different decisions:

1. 當天不戴隱形眼鏡,戴普通眼鏡,
1.Do not wear contact lenses on the day, wear ordinary glasses.

2. 穿長褲不穿短裙,
2. Wear long pants and not short skirts.

3. 穿平底鞋不穿高跟鞋。
3.Wear flat shoes and not high heels.

當時世貿大樓倒塌時,她平靜的離開辦公室,走得非常快又平穩,雖然身上被漫天的塵埃籠罩,都變灰白色,眼鏡也蒙上濃厚的塵粉,
When the World Trade Center collapsed, she left the office calmly, walking very fast and smoothly. Although her body was covered with dust from the sky, it turned gray and the glasses were also covered with thick dust,

但她並沒有恐懼,擦抹幾次鏡片,很從容、很平安的走出危險區。從此可見, 清晨的靜坐對於身心的安定是有幫助的。
but she did not fear, wiped the lenses several times, and walked out of the danger zone calmly and safely. It can be seen that meditating in the morning is helpful for physical and mental stability.

省思
Reflection

每當一個人靜不下來時,通常是被混亂的情緒所攪擾,沒有把心情變成事情,
Whenever a person can not calm down, he is usually disturbed by chaotic emotions, and he does not turn his mood into a thing.

如果能夠把心情變成事情, 那麼去處理事情就好了。
If he can turn his mood into a thing, then just deal with it.

結論
Conclusion

一、修道人的根本在於心念根要深, 基才穩。
1. The root of a Tao practitioner lies in his mind. The root must be deep, and the foundation is stable.

二、日常中常反觀自省, 要改變風氣,不是跟隨風氣。
2.In daily life, we often reflect on introspection, and we must change the trend, not follow the trend.

Happiness is with those who have a contented heart.

1. 常來佛堂學好禮節

Self - discipline , change ourselves

心若改變 , 態度就會改變
Changing the mind , the attitude will be altered

態度 改變 , 習慣 就會改變
Changing the attitude , the habits will be altered

習慣改變 , 人生就會改變
Changing habits , the life will be altered
人生就會改變人生就會改變人生就會改變


♦︎ 如何懺悔迴向 (1)
作揖,跪,求明明上帝慈悲十叩首,求諸天神聖慈悲五叩首,餘蘊 (信士) ○○○ 虔心跪在老母蓮前,跪求老母大慈大悲諸佛菩薩護持;凡人六萬年來,今生今世因一切的無明造作,傷害了身旁很多的人、動物、四生六道的眾生,讓你們身心靈,痛苦煎熬,一切都是我的錯,我在老母蓮前,向你們懺悔求饒,請你們原諒我,並護持我,讓我身體健康平安的修辦道、財施、法施、無畏施、三施並進,並將所做的一切功德,都迴向給你們,讓我們共沾天恩師德,將我們的惡緣化做善緣,並在佛光普照,佛力的加持下,大家一起離苦得樂,往生淨土。求明明上帝慈悲一千叩首。

♦︎ 如何懺悔迴向 (2)
每天早晚燒香時,可恭誦懺悔文三遍,「往昔所造諸惡業,皆由無始貪嗔痴,從身語意之所生,一切我今皆懺悔,罪性本空由心造,罪從心起將心懺,心若滅時罪亦亡,心滅罪亡兩俱空,是則名為真懺悔。」念好之後,再恭誦「彌勒救苦真經」一至三遍,念好之後,迴向天下一切苦難眾生、地府幽冥鬼魂,四生六道的所有眾生。及迴向自己或是全家人(包括自己身上、身旁、及現場一切無形的眾生、無形的冤親債主、無形的好朋友,或者最近發生災難的眾生,或者聽到哪邊有人受苦難,都可迴向)。
