讀經的方法
A guide on Sutra recitation
先靜坐三分鐘，調順呼吸，收攝心神。
Meditate for 3 minutes ，regulate your breathing, focus on your mind
眼觀經、手指經、口吐經、耳聽經、意在經、鼻孔自然呼吸，不徐不疾。
Eye focus on the sutra, finger points on the sutra, recite the sutra, listen to the sutra, mind concentration, breath naturally and unhurriedly.
Sutra begins in your heart, clearly and peacefully
經從眼中過，明明白白。
Sutra passes your eyes, with clarity
經從口中出，字正音圓。
Sutra comes out from your mouth , clear words and sound
經從耳中入，靈靈寂寂。
Sutra enter your ears , clearly
經從竅中落，落地有聲。
Sutra enter your conscience, and clearly heard.
2020/09/05 (五) 明師一指，見性成佛之1——濟公活佛慈語：上天派遣明師，只是幫助你、讓你明白，你要走什麼路？明白你有這光明的大道，而不是賜給你一個大道，「三寶」也不是上天賜給你的，是你本身自然就有的，對不對？「求道以後，得了三寶，可以躲劫避難！」這是你們每個人朗朗上口的一句話，而事實上，真的有人用了三寶卻躲不了劫、避不了難，那又怎麼解釋呢？是不是你當初你跟他們講的道理全是廢話？「得了三寶」，這句話就講錯了！你從哪裡得這個三寶？從哪裡得？自性。明師一指點嘛！明師從哪裡指點？何謂明師？來佛堂並不是要讓你得到什麼東西，我帶你來佛堂，是因為我了解我們有一顆天理良心，我們可以發揮它，所以我帶你來，藉著眾人的力量，讓你更明白你有一個原來的自性佛，是不是？

濟公活佛慈語：上天派遣明師，只是幫助你、讓你明白，你要走什麼路？
God sent a great Tao teacher to help you, let you understand and to guide you on the right path?
明白你有這光明的大道，而不是賜給你一個大道，「三寶」也不是上天賜給你的，是你本身自然就有的，對不對？
God wants you to understand that there is this great Tao, the brighten road, not to give you a road, "the three treasures, Sanbao," is not God's gift to you, is your own natural, right?
「求道以後，得了三寶，可以躲劫避難！」這是你們每個人朗朗上口的一句話，
"After receiving the three treasures, you can take refuge!" This is the catchy phrase amongst you.
而事實上，真的有人用了三寶卻躲不了劫、避不了難，那又怎麼解釋呢？
In fact, someone really used the three treasures, the Sanbao, but cannot avoid robbery, difficulties, then how to explain it?
是不是你當初跟他們講的道理全是廢話？「得了三寶」，這句話就講錯了！
Was it all nonsense that you told them at the beginning? "Receiving the Three Treasures", this sentence is wrong!
你從哪裡得到三寶？從哪裡得？自 性。明師一指嘛！明師從哪裡指點？ 何謂明師？
Where did you get Sanbao? Where did you get it? It is the Self-nature. Great Tao teacher pointed on it! Where does the great Master to point on? What is a great master?
來佛堂並不是要讓你得到什麼東西， 我帶你來佛堂，是因為我了解我們有一顆天理良心，我們可以發揮它，
Come to the Buddha Hall is not to let you get something, I bring you to the Buddha Hall, because I understand that we have a good conscience, we can utilize it,
所以我帶你來，藉著眾人的力量， 讓你更明白你有一個原來的自性 佛，是不是？
So I brought you here, by the strength of the crowd, so that you know more that you have an original self-natured Buddha, isn't it?
菩提只向心覓,何勞向外求玄
Our Buddha nature is in our heart, seek within and hence there no need to search elsewhere for other mystical methods.
《維摩詰經》曰：心淨則國土淨,何處不道場？所謂「直心是道場、直心是凈土」,
The Vimalakirti Sutra teaches: A pure heart will result in pure land, so which place isn't a place for Tao learning and cultivation.
皆因內心清淨正直,菩提覺悟自然顯現,不用辛勞外覓,菩提就在我們心中,即心即佛,心裡有佛,處處都是清淨的樂土。
When our heart is pure, honest and upright, our Buddha nature will automatically manifest itself. Our Buddha nature is in our heart, and when God is in our heart, everywhere is pure land and paradise.
六祖偈曰：菩提本無樹,明鏡亦非台， 本來無一物,何處惹塵埃。心向外境尋覓攀求,只有增加迷妄執著,徒生貪嗔痴煩惱,不得菩提。
The Sixth Patriarch's verse Since Bodhi , the supreme wisdom of enlightenment is essentially nothing or emptiness , there is no or any need for differentiation , comparison, and judgement. When we start to seek outside our heart, this will only result in more confusion, obsession, greed , anger, ignorance and unhappiness. We will never be able to attain Buddhahood
自心不覺悟即便整天念經、拜佛、坐禪、行善都是徒勞無功。心外求法是向外求玄,自然不能「識心見性」。
If you do not understand or know your own true nature, it is completely futile even if you recite sutras, worship God, meditate and perform good deeds all day. Seeking Dharma elsewhere other than your own heart is seeking for other mystical methods, and this is not natural. Know your heart to know your True Nature
省思
眉毛長在眼睛上,為何不見此眉？真佛本在你心中,為何不見此佛？ 大道皆在平常裡,為何不見此道？
Eyebrows are above the eyes , why then don't we see them True God is in your heart, why then do we not see Him ? The almighty Tao is everywhere, why then do we not see it ?
自在的生活即無任何妄求,只以平常心來生活,活在當下。
A free , unrestrained and comfortable life is one where there is no inappropriate and presumptuous demands. Live in this moment.
結論
一.來佛堂是為了更明白原來自性佛。
The reason why we attend Tao's place of worship is to gain understanding on our origin Buddha Nature.
二.真佛不向外求,而在內覓。
True God is within us and there is no need to seek outwardly.

快樂是給心中知足的人
Happiness is with those who have a contented heart.

Self - discipline , change ourselves
心若改變 , 態度就會改變
Changing the mind , the attitude will be altered
態度 改變 , 習慣 就會改變
Changing the attitude , the habits will be altered
習慣改變 , 人生就會改變
Changing habits , the life will be altered
