我們的義工菩薩是萬行菩薩，會員即義工，全體成員都不領薪水。義工菩薩信奉「盡心、盡力、盡可能學習；不勉強、不挑剔、不可能失望！」原則。不論專業與否，義工都全心參與各項活動，並隨時隨地投入奉獻。推動清潔日時，義工展現無私精神，即便缺乏專業知識，仍積極參與。義工不挑選任務，只要符合原則就全力以赴。懂的事情發揮所長，不懂的事情學習中。義工不受限於特定事務或時段，是救急奉獻的精神體現，非就業。義工應全心全力執行任務，雖然可能不懂的事情很多，但只要肯學習，皆可掌握。義工無等級區分，共同追求菩薩行者的理念。希望透過義工的風氣，淨化社會風氣，建設人間淨土。放下身段成就他人，唯有放下身段，方能成為萬行菩薩，實現自利利人的目標。
Our members and volunteers receive no salary, embracing the principle of "Doing one's best, putting in utmost effort, learning as much as possible; not forcing oneself, not being picky, and not feeling disappointed!" Regardless of expertise, volunteers participate wholeheartedly in various activities, contributing selflessly at all times. During clean-up campaigns, they demonstrate selflessness, actively engaging even without professional knowledge. Volunteers do not pick tasks; they fully commit as long as tasks align with the principles. They utilize their skills where knowledgeable and learn where they are not. Volunteers are not restricted to specific tasks or schedules, embodying the spirit of emergency contribution, not employment. Full commitment is essential, and though many things may be unfamiliar, willingness to learn ensures mastery. There is no hierarchy among volunteers; all pursue spiritual cultivation together. By fostering a volunteer spirit, we aim to purify societal ethos and build a pure land on earth, achieving self and mutual benefit through humility.
