QH Silk Flower 成立於1980年代、創辦人是大家所認識的老Q與許太太。此家族企業主要經營運營餐品是絲花~後有第二代承接拓展市場、主要運營餐品是婚禮及派對裝飾及佈置用品。長子與長媳Vincent & Elaine創立Plantation Corp 及次子、么女Alex and Anna經營Silk & Dollar. 許先生與許夫人退休後、精神著重於房地產投資。

Hon Jia Temple was founded in 2012 in Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada. Hon Jia hosts classes in both Chinese and English to cater to its members. Our volunteers always provides delicious meals, so no one ever leaves hungry!
宏加公共佛堂成立於2012年，座落於加拿大的卑斯省本拿比市。為道親提供中文和英文的課程。同時我們的志工也提供美味的餐點讓大家滿載而歸。

Based in Houston, San San Tofu serves vegetarian food to the community specializing in Vietnamese and Chinese cuisine. San San Tofu has an excellent selection of vegan grocery. All hot foods are made in-house, specializing in producing non-GMO tofu and soy products, vegetarian dim sum, and hot daily lunches.
美如豆腐店位於德州休士頓，提供越南式和中式的素食料理，同時也是在地人購買素食材料的好去處。美如豆腐店創新研發了許多豆腐及豆製的熟食和產品，所用黃豆都是非基因改良(Non-GMO)，並提供有素食的港式點心和現做的熱食午餐。

13. Chef Kenny's Asian Vegan Cuisine 🌐 心緣素食
Chef Kenny is well-known in the Las Vegas community. He opened his first vegan restaruant in 2012, and has since expanded with vegan business ventures in a burger restaurant, Asian cuisine, more recently specializing in dim sum and sushi. He is catering our charity gala.
主廚Kenny是拉斯維加斯的名廚。他於2012年成立了第一家素食餐廳，而後更積極拓展素食餐廳的版圖，包括有素食漢堡快餐店、中式料理素食餐廳等。同時硏發推廣各式的素食料理，近年來主打的港式素食點心和精緻素食壽司備受歡迎。他同時也是本次宏洛公共佛堂三十週年堂慶感恩募款餐會的主廚。
